As gas averages $4.31 nationwide, diesel fuel hits all-time high: "It's painful. It's real hard"

Gas prices are running about 15 cents per gallon more than they were just a week ago, and diesel fuel for trucks is now at an all-time high, topping $6 a gallon. The war with Iran is the biggest factor, but President Trump is instead blaming Ukraine. Ed O'Keefe has more details.
