At 336 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain had ended across the warned area, but runoff from the earlier heavy rain will continue to cause flooding. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD.
