Thief made off with 8 e-scooters by removing ignitions in several North Side neighborhoods

Chicago police are looking for a thief who has swiped at least eight e-scooters by removing their ignitions since June on the North Side. The robber is described as a white man in his 50s wearing a white shirt, blue shorts and a fanny pack and he targeted scooters in the Bucktown, Lake View East, Uptown, Roscoe Village
