Video captures young girl getting run over by truck, miraculously surviving

Surveillance video captured a young girl with her backpack and phone in hand crossing a busy street in Philadelphia. Moments later, a truck appeared to run her over, dragging her under its wheels. Miraculously, she was able to walk away. Cristian Benavides has the story.
